DEPOSITS
10% deposit for 2013 reservations made prior to February 1, $100 security per bedroom per week, refunded within 30 days of departure minus any damage.
CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICY
Refunds only upon the re-rental of reserved unit , $100 handling fee.
